Set in a warm room to help increase flexibility and detoxify the body, this class blends strength, balance, and mindful movement with breath. Yay!  We’re outside on Mother Earth.  Come join us to greet the morning sun (shady options available), the mountains, river, fresh air, four directions and imbibe in the elements.  In this a therapeutic flowing, active, strengthening, yet spacious class where all arises through our combined energy, and is woven with ancient philosophies.  Come unite with the group, as well as your individual diverse self, while tailoring the postures to meet what your body is calling for in the moment. This class originated in 2002.  All levels welcome, yet tailored physically and verbally for experienced students. Join long-time Pagosa local Susan Kuhns and experience what it means to forest bath in our beautiful San Juan mountains. Meet at the Fairgrounds. Donation based payment. Other dates available for group excursions.

Forest bathing is spending time in nature and learning to use your senses to calm the mind and body and remember what it is like to be a child again.

The Pagosa Springs Farmer’s Market is held each Saturday and continues through September. The Market opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 1:00pm. This year, the market will be held at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church off of South Pagosa Blvd.

The Farmers Market features goods from local farms and gardens in Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County and regional farms in the Four Corners area.

Featuring vendors with fresh, locally grown fruits, vegetables, flowers, honey, locally produced meats, locally roasted coffee beans, free-range eggs, homemade breads and pastries, fresh and dried mushrooms, handmade chocolates, meals-to-go, herbal products, seedlings and more, from the source direct to you.

In partnership with Healthy Archuleta, we operate to prevent food insecurities through our various voucher programs.

90 minute movement and meditation class designed to reset and fax the week with a sense of calm.

Begin your week with a moment to slow down, tune in, and return to the breath. Hatha practice is focused on mindful movement, gentle strength, and steady balance. Each posture invites awareness of the body, while our meditation guides us toward stillness and clarity.

Together we will create a space to release tension, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with the present. We will carry forward a sense of calm, grounding, and centered awareness to face the week’s challenges with grace and presence.

Level Up is a core- and glute-focused class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence. Using resistance bands, blocks, and high-energy music, this class delivers a powerful workout that’s both challenging and fun. Youth Orchestra Camp takes place July 27 – 31, 9am to noon at Pagosa Springs High School. Weekly or daily drop-in. $180 week/$60 daily

A full 5-day week where students should expect to learn music theory, instrumental music techniques, ensemble skills, audience and performance etiquette, classical, folk and bluegrass music! This camp is open to students from 8-18 years old and no previous instrumental experience is required. We will end the week with a performance in the high school auditorium.

We are seeking students who are interested in learning to play (or continuing to learn) violin, viola, cello, bass, harp, piano, guitar, ukulele, clarinet, flute, saxophone, oboe, bassoon, tuba, french horn, trumpet, trombone, euphonium and percussion.
