90 minute movement and meditation class designed to reset and fax the week with a sense of calm.

Begin your week with a moment to slow down, tune in, and return to the breath. Hatha practice is focused on mindful movement, gentle strength, and steady balance. Each posture invites awareness of the body, while our meditation guides us toward stillness and clarity.

Together we will create a space to release tension, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with the present. We will carry forward a sense of calm, grounding, and centered awareness to face the week’s challenges with grace and presence.

LEVEL UP Pilates W/ SHANNON – DONATION BASED
Level Up is a core- and glute-focused class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence. Using resistance bands, blocks, and high-energy music, this class delivers a powerful workout that’s both challenging and fun. Expect intentional movement, deep muscle engagement, and a serious endorphin boost. All levels welcome, modifications always offered.

Tech Time: One-on-one help from a librarian with basic questions about computer, smartphones, tablets, etc. Bring your device, chargers, and passwords. Thursdays, 2-4 PM.

Citizenship Classes / Clases de Ciudadanía

We help immigrants and people preparing for citizenship with classes, training materials, tutoring, in formational resources, and ways to connect to the community.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2-4 pm @ St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church – 225 S. Pagosa Blvd.

Taco Tuesday at Uncle’s is what happens when Tuesday refuses to act like a Tuesday.

Every Tuesday from 4–8pm we’re slinging $3 tacos like it’s a public service. Happy Hour runs 4–6pm, because hydration is important… especially when tacos are involved.

Don’t forget live music. We crank it up with live music from local legends Out on Work Release. Nothing says “midweek motivation” like great tunes, cold drinks, and a stack of tacos that cost less than your gas station snack run.

Who says you have to wait for Friday? At Uncle’s, Tuesday shows up loud, hungry, and ready to party.

HOT YOGA W/ RACHAEL –  $25

This hot yoga class is focused on core strengthening and body mechanics. Runners, bikers, hikers, weight lifters and individuals interested in training their bodies to move in functional movement patterns will benefit. This class aims to prevent injuries and improve quality of movement by targeting muscle groups and movement patterns that are often under trained in athletes and non-athletes alike while conditioning and training large muscle groups to collaborate effectively in order to achieve peak performance, balance, strength, productive flexibility and an overall better feeling body.

CrossFit is a fitness program defined by constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. It combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio into a daily group workout. Every exercise can be adapted to any fitness level, making it both a training philosophy and a competitive sport.

Come try it on out Saturdays! It is free for Locals. 2 Classes at either 7:30 AM or 9 AM. Our coaches can scale any workout to anyone’s fitness level, so newcomers are more than welcome.

Please arrive 15 minutes early, dress in comfortable workout clothes, wear athletic shoes, bring a water bottle, and a towel if you need!
