Through a series of gentle postures, mindful breathing, and simple alignment techniques, students build strength, flexibility, and balance at a relaxed, steady pace. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a calm, supportive environment to improve mobility, reduce stress, and leave feeling refreshed and centered.
About the teacher- Rain has been a yoga practitioner since the age of 12. She is an active yogi who also teaches meditation, sound bathing and creativity classes. She trained in the Shambhavananda School of Yoga ashram and now endeavors to share her love of movement and mindfulness in her hometown of Pagosa Springs Colorado.
