Yay! We’re outside on Mother Earth. Come join us to greet the morning sun (shady options available), the mountains, river, fresh air, four directions and imbibe in the elements. In this a therapeutic flowing, active, strengthening, yet spacious class where all arises through our combined energy, and is woven with ancient philosophies. Come unite with the group, as well as your individual diverse self, while tailoring the postures to meet what your body is calling for in the moment. This class originated in 2002.
