Every exercise can be adapted to any fitness level, making it both a training philosophy and a competitive sport.
Come try it on out Saturdays! It is free for Locals. 2 Classes at either 7:30 AM or 9 AM. Our coaches can scale any workout to anyone’s fitness level, so newcomers are more than welcome.
Please arrive 15 minutes early, dress in comfortable workout clothes, wear athletic shoes, bring a water bottle, and a towel if you need!
